Bejeweled 3 Free Review

By Jonatan Parski

Bejeweled 3 Deluxe or even the Bejeweled series are popular games. It is also one of my faves. What is it relating to this game that has a really high replay value? You can say that Bejeweled is just a simple, yet can be a frustrating game.

Bejeweled 3 is a web-based game being some sort of sequel to Bejeweled. What you do in this game is easy, you swap gems to finish rows of 3 or more. The gems vanish along with giving you points. After that, new gems will appear and repeat the cycle over again.

It's so simple and while doing so sounds so boring. Nevertheless, upon playing the game are you going to quickly find out that this becomes quite addicting.

Sometimes after having a chain of gems clear out, the new falling gems would fall down and automatically line in place with another gem of the same color; causing some sort of chain reaction. They telephone it Cascade.

There are a few new gameplay modes within this version. They are: Vintage, Action, Puzzle, and Endless.
The Classic mode is essentially your basic game. Your primary objective is to match 3 gems with the same color and acquire points. Matching 4 gems will produce a Power Gem, which explodes nearby gems gaining people some big points.

Once you match 5 gems or more in a row, you'll then create a Hypercube. Hypercubes are among the best power ups as that they destroy any jewels that you swap with, netting you a ton of points.

The Action mode is basically exactly like Classic, but the main difference is it's timed. It is an enjoyable experience trying to best your high score each time.
Puzzle mode has many different scenarios, which can be a little tricky at times. In order to solve the amount, you have to clear the many gems in a positive way.

Last is Endless mode. It is as being the name is suggested. The game never ends and you can continue to rack up the maximum amount of points as possible. Even though, one person set out to view if endless mode truly has and end. It was known that this person accumulated so much points over years of play that score switched to a negative number.

Bejeweled 2 Deluxe can be a very fun, simple, and relaxing game. Many people love this particular game for its easy get and play style. At times, it can be very addicting trying to best your own excessive score. The overall picture is that it is user-friendly and doesn't require hours of playtime learning the controls unlike some other complex games.
